50th at the Firehouse!
We're turning 50 years old! Celebrate our 50th anniversary with us, at one of the museum's former locations. It began as the Firehouse; today it's The Ojai Vineyard where you will enjoy delicious wine, appetizers and short program as we celebrate 50 years of collecting, preserving and sharing the history, art and culture of the Ojai Valley.

Our next exhibition, Art Town, opens on October 15th. Join us for the Opening Reception from 7-9pm, it's free! The exhibition highlights the City of Ojai's art collection, local public art, and pieces from the museum's permanent art collection too. You'll enjoy exploring artwork of local cultural significance in a variety of media including oil, watercolor, photography, pottery and sculpture.

NOTE: We do NOT conduct walking tours in August, September, or on Ojai Day, October 15 this year.
We'll be back in October for weekly walking tours of downtown Ojai every Saturday morning at 10:30am. You'll meet at the museum or the 90 minute tour. The fee includes museum admission. $7 adult, $15 for a family, $5 current members.

Terry Hill collects beer steins. But these aren't your run of the mill steins - they are truly works of art. He'll share his expertise, gained through decades of collecting, on this fascinating art form. Enjoy a beer, courtesy of Topa Topa Brewing Company.

Visionary designer Tony Gwilliam, is apply lessons he learned from Buckminster Fuller to create an innovative eco-resort in Bali. He will discuss his incredible journey from England to Ojai to Bali as highlighted in his memoir entitled Far From Boring.
